If you do not have a KU Student ID number, please complete the KU Application for Admission. The KU Application for Admission is for students applying to the Pharm.D. Program and must be completed in addition to the PharmCAS application. You cannot enroll in the Pharm.D. program, nor can you be considered for University scholarships and financial aid, until you have applied for and received admission to KU.
