School of Music - Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA) Application

This form is meant to assert your interest in working as a GTA in the School of Music for continuing student. New students complete this form in the application for admission. Provide information in all areas in which you feel qualified to teach. If you have any questions about policies and benefits, please review the Graduate Studies webpage. Indicate the areas you feel confidently qualified to teach in a classroom setting. Be sure to include any areas you are competent in (list multiple if applicable).
Be sure to include any instruments or performance medium you are competent to teach (list multiple if applicable).
Summarize relevant pedagogy/coursework, indicate text or methods used, teaching experience, and performing experience, as appropriate.
Indicate dates and locations, and number of students or classes you have experienced while teaching / music therapy clinical and/or supervision experience for music therapy students.
Be sure to include any area/performance medium you are competent to teach (list multiple if applicable).
