Refund Policy: Camp registrations canceled in writing 30 or more days prior to the start of camp will receive a 90% refund of registration. Cancellations received 5-29 days prior will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 5 days before camp begins. To request a refund please email engrsummercamp@ku.edu. Do note: If a camper who is attending the first session (July 10-15) is exposed to COVID-19 or tests positive and can appropriately quarantine, showing no symptoms with proof of a negative test, the camper will be given the opportunity to attend the second session (July 17-22) if there are any open spots available.
