Admission to the Campbell Conference is included in registration fees for the Workshops and Institute, but you must pay for your meal if you wish to eat dinner during the Conference Awards Banquet.
To eat dinner during the Awards Banquet, please check the "Awards Banquet" option below. To attend the Awards Ceremony but not eat at the banquet, specify that in the Notes section so we can provide you with a seat for the event. All Awards Banquet reservations must be made by June 8th.
