Use this form to request or change access to the National Student Clearinghouse portal and provide an explanation of why this access is necessary to perform job functions. Submissions must be made by a supervisor or an authorized member of the department.

FERPA Certification Required
Access to the NSC portal containing current student data requires completion of FERPA training. Users must complete the FERPA training in Canvas prior to requesting access to the National Student Clearinghouse.
